Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Coordinate onboarding and training administration for Beauty Advisors (BA) across assigned regions.
  • Maintain and update BA database, including manpower records, uniform distribution, and supporting documents.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams, distributors, and field teams regarding BA operational matters.
  • Monitor, compile, and validate sell-out and sell-in reports from distributors and Beauty Advisors.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, distributor reports, and other administrative documents to support business operations.
  • Assist in the execution of sales activities, promotional events, and business review meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and operational data from distributors and field teams.
  • Support the Sales and Modern Trade team in daily administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Modern Trade, Trade Marketing, Distributor Management, or Beauty Retail Operations.
  • Familiar with Beauty Advisor operations, distributor coordination, and sales reporting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data recapitulation and report preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry will be an advantage.
