Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Sales & Purchasing position. The Admin Sales & Purchasing role includes day-to-day tasks such as client relations, customer service, invoicing, sales operations, inventory and other administrative task.

  • Conducting item searches according to the specifications requested by the client.
  • Searching and comparing the prices of client's order items.
  • Checking and replying to incoming emails every day
  • Creating Quotations
  • Working on other sales administrative tasks
  • Regularly checking stock and procuring items


  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven experience in sales and purchase administration or similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Have experience and knowledge within electrical products

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google sheets, and Drive
