Work you'll do

  • Plan and schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects, based on capability and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's standard for resource allocations, including keeping the booking form up to date according to the Company's requirements.
  • Review resource utilization and trends to determine staffing requirements, forecasts, and potential roadblocks. Analyze relevant data and provide timely reports and information to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records and a comprehensive database of client and engagement team information by reconciling data between the company's systems (SAP and Booking System).
  • Resolve resource booking conflicts and gathering requirements.
  • Engage senior leadership team periodically to understand priorities.

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Statistics, Finance or Economics
  • Proven experience in resource management or a similar role within a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outcome focused and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and agile
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus
