Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site role for an Admin/Receptionist (18.00-22.00) located in Ubud. The Admin/Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, maintaining office supplies, organizing documentation, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite is preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory
