TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source UCO as a sustainable and renewable material for biofuel. We bulk, store, blend and deliver volumes of UCO to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and monitoring stock in/out of POO-owned jerry cans or drums (including support jerry cans/purchase of empty jerry cans).
- Checking and monitoring UCO stock accuracy between the planned pickup by sales and actual pickup.
- Reviewing sales input in the DocuSign transfer field.
- Compiling daily POO recap from the sales group and DocuSign.
- Photographing cash expenses and cross-checking documents against ACM entries.
- Checking and verifying MP data against DocuSign documents.
- Archiving physical ISCC documents.
- Searching for and verifying POO locations via Google Maps.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 months internship period;
- Minimum of a D3 / S1; Final-Year University Students and Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (preferably from Administration, Management, or related fields);
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting);
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail);
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Able to analyze problems using structured and logical reasoning, identify appropriate solutions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
- High sense of responsibility, organized, and eager to learn;
- Available to join ASAP;
- Willing to fully WFO at Driyorejo, Gresik.
