Job Description


1. Administrative Support:
. Provide administrative support to the Department through tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
. Assist in maintaining organized and efficient departmental files and records.
2. Project Coordination:
. Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
. Assist in project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
3. Research and Analysis:
. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
. Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for departmental processes and procedures.
. Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management review.
5. Ad hocs: Required to perform any ad hocs related as per requested.


1. Education:
. Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
2. Experience:
. Entry-level position prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
