As a Admin E-Commerce CS, You Will
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, etc)
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e-commerce.
- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills that aligned with brand voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong Interest and knowledge in beauty industry (skincare and make up).
- Willing to work in shift including weekends or campaign periods.
