Job Description
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide clear product information.
- Act as the main liaison for client communication until the administrative process is completed.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized client databases.
- Process client registrations and purchases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle administrative documentation related to sales and client data.
- Support daily marketing activities and operational needs.
- Assist in marketing events and on-site operational support when required.
- Create simple marketing materials and social media content based on given guidelines.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure the end-to-end sales process (from order intake to delivery and payment) runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication skills with a responsive and service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Interest in marketing, social media, and event management.
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
