  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide clear product information.
  • Act as the main liaison for client communication until the administrative process is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized client databases.
  • Process client registrations and purchases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle administrative documentation related to sales and client data.
  • Support daily marketing activities and operational needs.
  • Assist in marketing events and on-site operational support when required.
  • Create simple marketing materials and social media content based on given guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Ensure the end-to-end sales process (from order intake to delivery and payment) runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication skills with a responsive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in marketing, social media, and event management.
  • Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
