About the Role
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop a strong understanding of business processes, particularly in collection and financial operations, while supporting managerial and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured Management Trainee program designed to build future leaders
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes, particularly in collection and financial operations
- Support managerial and operational activities
- Assist in administrative and personnel related functions
- Conduct research and provide insights to support business decision making
- Deliver a final project and presentation as part of the program completion
Requirements:
- Maximum 1 year of working experience (including internships)
- Fresh graduates from all majors are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Strongly action oriented, with a focus on execution and achieving routine targets.
- Able to work quickly and tactically in dynamic environments.
- Capable of collaborating with diverse personalities and handling on field conflicts effectively.
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, firm direction to the team.
- Has a solid foundation in Excel (performance monitoring) and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based at Head Office during the initial phase of the program
- Willing to be placed in Adira Finance's Branches across Indonesia
