- Monitor and analyze ADC (Alternative Distribution Channel) operational performance and sales productivity.
- Track business performance and support issue resolution.
- Provide timely reports, information, and insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Monitoring, Reporting Analyst, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with data and reports.
