Job profile

Take the lead in shaping and fortifying the foundation of our IT infrastructure as the AD & MS Entra Engineer . In this pivotal role, you will be establishing and enforcing best practices across our AD & MS Entra services.

Your responsibilities will span owning the strategic roadmap, driving technical implementations, and maintaining meticulous documentation and processes. As a key player, you will also be crucial in disaster planning and recovery management, ensuring the resilience and continuity of our High-Grade IT Infrastructure on a global scale.

Join us in this central position within Global IT, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to empower our organization through the effective management of AD and Entra services, integral to the operational success of our business.

Responsibilities

In your new position as our Active Directory & Microsoft Entra Engineer, you will have a critical role in the above and you will have the following main responsibilities:

• Design and implement AD and Entra solutions, seamlessly integrating them with platforms and applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on projects, covering Active Directory, Entra, AD tools, certificates, system management, capacity planning, and identity and access management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Security Team to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for disaster recovery scenarios.
• Ensure effective monitoring services are setup and relevant.

Person profile

You are passionate about Identity & Access Management and enjoy working with complex infrastructure in a global environment. You approach challenges with a structured and analytical mindset and take ownership of the services you manage.

Many different roads lead to this position, but we imagine that you have:

• Technical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra in an enterprise setting
• Experience in owning a high-impact area, showcasing a keen awareness of its significance and a thorough understanding of the potential risks associated with it.
• Experience with on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra services in an enterprise setting. preferably with expertise in AD hardening, Microsoft enterprise access model and/or AD legacy tiering.
• Proactive approach as a driving force in AD/Entra-related activities, including setting expectations and diligent follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Heightened focus on going full Cloud, driving initiatives and adaptation dialogs with other IT colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Quality and deadline oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
