• Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients requirements.
• Provide product training to users.
• Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting Software.
• Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
• Support and provide solutions to clients issues.
• Gather client's information and implement them to the system.
• Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features.
• Regularly report to the manager about client's needs and problems.
