Job Description
- Plan and execute marketing activation events designed to generate leads and support conversion objectives.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and engagement strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
- Design and implement lead generation mechanisms, including registration systems, engagement activities, and post-event follow-up initiatives.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and event stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution within budget and timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations, including setup, audience engagement, activity flow, and internal coordination to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Analyze event performance, prepare post-event reports, and identify improvement opportunities to optimize future activations and maximize lead conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 2–3 years of experience in marketing events, activation programs, lead generation, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of event planning and execution, audience engagement, community outreach, partnership development, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management processes, and basic data analysis to measure activation effectiveness and business impact.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
- Collaborative and innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support business objectives through activation programs.
