Job Description

  • Lead and execute subscription activation programs across various locations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end activation events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and on-ground execution
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise the sales team during activation activities to ensure targets are achieved
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and accurate product communication
  • Coordinate with malls, event organizers, and vendors for smooth event operations
  • Monitor and evaluate performance (leads, conversion, and subscription sales)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing activation, event marketing, field marketing, or sales promotion
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple events and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with field work / on-ground activation
  • Willing to Work from Office Monday-Friday at Jakarta Selatan
