Activation Intern:
Job Description
We are seeking an intern who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to help our Activation team to plan, schedule, and execute training sessions for newly onboarded customers.
- Support client onboarding and activation readiness and assignment.
- Collect, validate, and ensure completeness of required data and documentation.
- Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and follow up with internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining and tracking activation data/reporting.
- Identify issues in the process and escalate when needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in handling and validating data.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English skills (written & spoken) for communication and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Meta ecosystem (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, WhatsApp Business API) is preferred.
- Fast learner and able to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
