Overview:

The Activation Executive (contract basis) is responsible for driving key project within the Transaction Banking Dept to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Customer Migration Activities

• Assist in validating company profiles, and detail information in preparation for

• data migration

• Assist in Inbound call handling for companies to support migration process

• Assist in email handling specifically for customer migration

• Assist in Outbound customer care calls for clients

• Management of customer issues with Channels, IT and vendor

• Prepare status reports when necessary

Requirements

• Seeking opportunities specifically within the Puchong region

• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrates high levels of integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks

• Able to communicate in Malay & English
