Our Internship Program 2026is open to students from all backgrounds who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and ever-evolving e-commerce industry.

Opening Internship Roles:

  • Business Performance Management
    • Intern - Academy Program
      • The Academy Program Intern will support the aCommerce Academy Team with the coordination and logistics of learning programs, including organizing training sessions, managing content, and preparing reports. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual, proficient in Thai and English, to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning and development within a supportive e-commerce environment.
    • Intern - Document AI Processor
      • The Document AI & RPA Development Intern is involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent automation, focusing on teaching AI to read and process documents. Key responsibilities include data labeling for AI model training and assisting in the design, building, and testing of RPA workflows to automate internal use cases.
  • Key Account Management
    • Intern - Key Account Management (Thailand)
      • The Key Account Management Intern is support the marketing team in the fast-paced e-commerce industry, with responsibilities covering market research, content creation, influencer campaign coordination, and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic Excel proficiency, and a high interest in social media trends and pop culture.
  • Marketing Services
    • Intern - Communication Planning & Strategy
      • This intern will primarily support the KOL&Affiliate lifecycle by sourcing and managing the talent pool, coordinating relationships, and overseeing execution. Key responsibilities also include managing KOL planning, payment processes, and providing essential data and reporting support.
    • Intern - Social Commerce (Indonesia)
      • This Social Commerce Intern is responsible for coordinating daily live streams, creating and editing engaging short-form video content, and performing on-camera product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be confident, charismatic, possess basic to intermediate video editing skills, and have a strong understanding of current social media and live commerce trends to drive sales and community engagement.
    • Intern - Marketing Key Account Management
      • The Marketing Key Account Management Intern supports the Key Account team by managing client accounts, tracking campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROAS), and coordinating internal marketing execution across four key areas: Client & Account Support, Performance & Data Tracking, Campaign Execution Support, and Administrative Coordination
  • Technology
    • Intern - Business Intelligence
      • The Business Intelligence Intern (Power BI) is to support the development of data-driven insights and dashboards that help the organization make informed business decisions. The intern will learn and apply Power BI skills to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations, assist in maintaining data accuracy, and contribute to ongoing business intelligence projects.
  • Human Resources
    • Intern - People & Places (HR Operations)
      • This HR Operations Intern will be involved in HR Employee Project creation and execution and supporting HR daily tasks.
  • Operations
    • Intern - Store Operations
      • The intern will be centrally involved in the SKU Creation Activity Base Project, thereby acquiring practical experience in essential E-commerce operations and developing proficiency in foundational Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualification:

  • Currently studying for a bachelor and master degree in Computer science, computer engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong passion for and desire to explore a career in the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Good command in English and other relevant local languages.
