As an Accounts Receivable Lead, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and manage the AR team's workload.
- Lead the preparation and reporting of sales data and performance.
- Drive and execute strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including product returns, new distributor onboarding and transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer cases and collaborate with key stakeholders, including distributors, modern trade and key account customers, banking partners, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of invoice processing procedures
- Knowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactions
- Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
- Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
