Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include managing invoices, overseeing debt collection, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role will involve close collaboration with other teams to resolve discrepancies, analyze client accounts, and deliver timely reports on receivables. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is key to ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Finance and Invoicing processes
• Proven experience in Debt Collection and managing customer payment workflows
• Excellent Communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams
• Analytical Skills to review accounts, detect discrepancies, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles is a must
