As An Accounts Receivable Lead, You Will
- Oversee day-to-day AR operations and manage AR Team workload
- Lead sales reporting
- Drive and execute strategic initiatives and one-time projects (returns, new distributor onboarding and transition, improvement projects)
- Handle customer cases, engage stakeholders (customers, bank, Sales, SCM teams)
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of invoice processing procedures
- Knowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactions
- Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
- Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
