Accounts Receivable Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Issue pro forma invoices, tax invoices, & e-Faktur.
2. Reconcile data and communicate timely with customers via email/chat.
3. Prepare AR invoice lists and Statements of Account (SOA).
4. Handle payment reminders and collections to ensure on-time payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience specializing in Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP systems.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
