Role Description The Accounting Workshop role is a full-time, on-site position based in Batam City. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records and reports to support business operations and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include recording journal entries, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintaining accurate and organized accounting documentation. The role also includes working with accounting software, supporting internal audits, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on accounting work, problem-solving, and contributing to process improvements in a workshop and operational environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance, including basic financial analysis and reporting.
• Candidates should be proficient in using Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries (Accounting) for daily transactions.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in corporate or workshop/operational accounting environments is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Batam City.
