Accounting & Tax Supervisor (Hospitality)

Job Descriptions

• Input payment transactions and ensuring the accuracy of the payment transaction journal
• Make company's tax report according to applicable regulations in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly (PPh 23, PPH 4(2), PPH 21) and yearly (SPT Badan) Taxation
• Supporting accounting & tax team for closing process
• Recording fixed assets and calculating their depreciation and periodically conducting stock opname
• Assist in maintaining the company's general ledger
• Preparing financial reports in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably experienced in Public Accounting Firm
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Agile, detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Tax (Calculation, Report, E-SPT), journaling & financial statements
• Having brevet A/B certification
• Having knowledge of tax regulation and compliance
• Able to use Oracle is preferable
