Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Staff member to join our consulting team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bali, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will assist our clients with accurate financial record-keeping, financial statement preparation in accordance with relevant accounting standards, monthly and annual tax filing, and liaising with the tax authority regarding client tax matters.

Qualifications

Must be based in Bali (preferably residing in the Denpasar or Badung area)
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or tax roles is preferred
Holding a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
Familiarity with preparing and submitting LKPM would be an advantage
Proficiency in using Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, Xero), Microsoft Excel, and the new Coretax system
Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, excellent client-facing communication skills, and ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English is required
Must be readily available to visit client sites across the Bali region as required
