Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure total compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and OJK reporting requirements specific to the P2P lending sector
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports and financial statements in accordance with local standards and deadlines
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities (DJP), and the OJK, serving as the primary point of contact for compliance matters
  • Support the finance team in process improvements and the implementation of accounting/tax systems to enhance efficiency and control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax, with preference for candidates from the financial services or fintech/P2P lending industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and OJK reporting requirements applicable to fintech companies
  • Proficient in accounting software (Accurate) and Indonesian tax reporting tools (Coretax)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with regulators, auditors, and internal teams. Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a strong plus
