Manage the full spectrum of daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensure total compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and OJK reporting requirements specific to the P2P lending sector
Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports and financial statements in accordance with local standards and deadlines
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities (DJP), and the OJK, serving as the primary point of contact for compliance matters
Support the finance team in process improvements and the implementation of accounting/tax systems to enhance efficiency and control
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax, with preference for candidates from the financial services or fintech/P2P lending industry
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and OJK reporting requirements applicable to fintech companies
Proficient in accounting software (Accurate) and Indonesian tax reporting tools (Coretax)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with regulators, auditors, and internal teams. Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a strong plus
