We are looking for a reliable Accounting & Tax Specialist that will analyze every day financial security activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
Responsibilities
- Have a strong knowledge for Accounting, Finance, and Tax in general
- Examination of accounting records, financial statements, and invoices.
- Prepare and review company budgets and balance sheets.
- Prepare cash flow reports, bank reconciliation reports, expense reports.
- Prepare and process payments for all types of transactions.
- Prepare tax payments
- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
- Organize and update the company's tax database
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
Requirements
- Proven experience as Tax Preparer & Accounting Lead minimum of 3 years
- Preferably have Sekuritas/ Asset Management Work Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Familiarity with accounting software packages
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
