Accounting & Tax Associate

We are looking for a reliable Accounting & Tax Specialist that will analyze every day financial security activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Have a strong knowledge for Accounting, Finance, and Tax in general
• Examination of accounting records, financial statements, and invoices.
• Prepare and review company budgets and balance sheets.
• Prepare cash flow reports, bank reconciliation reports, expense reports.
• Prepare and process payments for all types of transactions.
• Prepare tax payments
• Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
• Organize and update the company's tax database
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns

Requirements

• Proven experience as Tax Preparer & Accounting Lead minimum of 3 years
• Preferably have Sekuritas/ Asset Management Work Experience
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Familiarity with accounting software packages
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
