Role Description

The Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jagakarsa, Jaksel. This role oversees daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, reviewing general ledger entries, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Supervisor monitors preparation of financial statements, reconciles accounts, and supports budgeting and forecasting activities. The role includes supervising and mentoring accounting staff, coordinating with other departments on financial matters, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Accounting Supervisor also supports management by providing analysis on financial performance and recommending improvements to processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills to support accurate budgeting, monitoring, and presentation of financial performance.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Accounting Software to manage daily entries, reconciliations, and system-based reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and propose data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or supervisory role, preferably within retail or fashion-related businesses.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and ERP or accounting systems; attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with other departments.
