We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team in Cikupa, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with the ability to manage financial reporting, compliance, and team performance.

What You'll Do:
Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Train and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance their skills.
Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency within the department.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
