Accounting Supervisor

What you will be doing

• Supervise and ensure all accounting recording processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and review general journals, general ledgers, and periodic financial reports
• Coordinate and oversee monthly and yearly closing processes
• Review reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounts
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers
• Coordinate with internal teams, overseas parties, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Ensure all financial records and reports comply with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations in the respective country
• Analyze financial reports to support management decision-making
• Identify and improve work process efficiency while ensuring proper implementation of SOPs

The qualifications we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a Senior or Supervisor position
• Able to prepare and analyze financial statements
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, especially for communication with overseas teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or others)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
