Accounting Staff - RPU Megaluh

Job Summary**

We are seeking an diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to join our team at PT Multi Farmindo Jaya, specifically at our RPU Megaluh location. This role will be responsible for assisting with various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities**

• Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
