About Us

PT Westnet Global Solusi (Westnet) is a growing ICT startup based in Jakarta, specializing in Starlink internet services, CCTV systems, networking, and related technology solutions for business and residential clients. As a startup, we're building our core team from the ground up and looking for a dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to help keep our financial operations organized as we scale.

Job Description

Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on time

Handle tax administration and reporting (PPN, PPh, and related tax obligations)

Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly/quarterly reports, cash flow summaries)

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and clients on billing and payment matters

Support day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration

Requirements

Must be a fresh graduate holding a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field — this is a required qualification

Basic understanding of taxation principles is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus

High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability — this role handles sensitive financial data

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and open to wearing multiple hats

Good communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus
