This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Staff at PT Shoetown Mustika Indonesia, located in Lamongan. The Accounting Staff will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, utilizing accounting software, and performing financial analyses. Additional responsibilities may include ensuring accurate financial records, assisting in budgeting processes, and adhering to regulatory compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and creating accurate Journal Entries
• Experience with Accounting Software and general Finance-related activities
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in an accounting role is an advantage
