Role Description The Accounting Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based at IT&B Campus in Kecamatan Medan Area. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and supporting documentation. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, processing and recording transactions, and reconciling accounts. The Accounting Staff will use accounting software to input data, generate reports, and support budgeting and financial analysis activities. The role also includes coordinating with academic and administrative departments on financial matters, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and relevant regulations, and supporting periodic audits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of finance and the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and the accurate recording of journal entries (accounting).
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support financial decision-making.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in an educational or service-oriented environment, is beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Medan Area and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
