Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team.

• Take overall responsibility for financial reporting and act as the reviewer of the Accounting staff's work.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, advances, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other relevant accounts.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement (BSPL), Trial Balance (TB), and General Ledger (GL), in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Manage the monthly and annual closing processes accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Review journal entries prepared by Accounting staff prior to posting.
• Coordinate with the Cost Control and Operations teams regarding production and operational cost data.
• Support the preparation of cost reports and analysis for management purposes.
• Act as the PIC, together with the team, for external and internal audit processes.
• Prepare the data, documents, and explanations required by auditors.
• Ensure that internal controls are properly implemented and operating effectively
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and Procurement teams regarding financial transactions and related accounting matters.
• Guide and direct Accounting staff in their day-to-day activities.
• Review and perform quality checks on the team's work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to support team members development.
• Support the development and improvement of SOPs and work processes within the Accounting team.
  
  

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4–6 years of work experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a manufacturing company or Public Accounting Firm.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Pronto, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
• Experience in handling month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial reports for management and group reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of consolidation reporting and experience coordinating with group entities would be an advantage.
