Accounting Specialist (English Speaker)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Cikarang for an Accounting Specialist (English Speaker). The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, managing and recording journal entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include utilizing accounting software for financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with analytical tasks and financial evaluations. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records and reports is a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and managing Journal Entries
• Strong foundation in Finance principles and Analytical Skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all financial records
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with the financial regulations and practices in Indonesia is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
