Role Description The Accounting Senior is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciputat. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Daily tasks include recording and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting and financial planning activities. The Accounting Senior will work with accounting software to maintain updated financial records, support audits, and ensure adherence to internal controls and applicable regulations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting capabilities, including experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software to manage ledgers, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and basic tax and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying variances, and recommending improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA or local equivalent) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or skincare/consumer goods.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to Beeme's BE-CARE values in daily work.
• Ability to work on-site in Ciputat, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
