PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Accounting SAP S4Hana with the following details:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance systems, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and PSAK/IFRS.
- Proven experience in SAP migration projects, particularly from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA, including planning, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and accounting issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within project timelines.
- Professional certifications in SAP, Accounting, or Finance are an advantage.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Perform and review general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure financial statements and accounting records are prepared in accordance with applicable PSAK/IFRS and company policies.
- Support the implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA, particularly from the accounting and finance perspective.
- Participate in SAP migration activities including process mapping, data cleansing and validation, UAT, reconciliation, issue identification, and post-migration stabilisation.
- Work closely with the SAP/IT team to ensure accounting requirements and business processes are properly reflected in the S/4HANA system.
- Identify gaps or issues between existing accounting processes and the new SAP S/4HANA environment and recommend practical improvements.
- Develop and maintain accounting-related master data, system controls, and reporting requirements within SAP.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and improve accounting procedures and controls to strengthen the efficiency and reliability of financial reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team members on SAP S/4HANA processes and accounting matters.
