Accounting Reporting & Internal Audit

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in ERP/Accounting Systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
• Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B is an advantage).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Able to perform transaction analysis and prepare accounting journal entries.
• Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and internal control is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of General Ledger (GL) records.
• Manage and monitor fixed asset records, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities by preparing the required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Review and improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documents required by management for decision-making.
