Role Description The Accounts Receivable role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cempaka Putih. Responsibilities include issuing and recording customer invoices, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. The role also involves reconciling customer accounts, preparing reports for the finance and management teams, and assisting with month-end closing related to receivables. The individual will work closely with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies and support accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance and the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements.
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and practical experience posting Journal Entries (Accounting).
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to review account balances, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG, is beneficial.
