The Accounting Manager oversees the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. This role ensures financial accuracy while supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures.
- Coordinate audits and external financial reviews.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor accounting team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
