What your day-to-day will loo like:

• Develop staff and manage the performance of the members
• Develop a team and work in a growing and dynamic environment
• Set goals and provide ongoing training
• Responsible for analyzing reconciliations and reviewing the reports
• Account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations)
• Manage timely accounting closing and accounting daily activities according to IFRS
• Support daily to AP, AR, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operations
• Responsible for conducting the annual audit process with the external and internal auditors
• Maintain records in accordance with accounting standards, including impacts of new or changes to existing standard
• Ensure adherence to the group policies
• Ensure alignment between the Accounting team and other areas of the company.

What you need to take on this challenge:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
• Fluent English
• Experience in Accounting.
