Job Description

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

Accounting managers oversee the activities within the organization. The primary role is to ensure RUPA maintains accurate and compliant financial records, policies, and practices. Accounting managers supervise other accounting professionals and collaborate with managers from other departments. They may be involved in tax preparation, budgets and forecasts, and major organizational decisions.

Direct Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Monitor organizational spending and assist other managers in creating sustainable and effective budgets, ensuring resources are properly allocated and aligned with overall financial health.
Financial Record Compliance: Ensure and maintain accurate and compliant financial records, and produce and submit regular reports for the General Manager and Board of Directors (BOD).
Financial Analysis & Insight: Analyze financial information and reports to identify financial risks and opportunities, evaluating trends and discrepancies to offer actionable insights to support decision-making.
Strategic Financial Guidance: Assist the organization in making financial decisions and strategies, utilizing financial data and reports to optimize organizational financial performance.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization meets all compliance standards and regulations related to taxes and other financial laws.
Cost Control Coordination: Coordinate with Purchasing / Cost control, the Bar Manager, and the Executive Chef / Head Chef if there is a risk of high food or beverage costing.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports (including Profit & Loss, Inventory, and Balance Sheets) on time based on established due dates.
Audit Oversight: Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes if needed.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting management, financial analysis, and financial reporting within hospitality & F&B environments
Strong expertise in tax compliance, corporate budgeting, cost control, and inventory auditing.
High proficiency in accounting software, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Ready to deploy in ULUWATU area.
