Accounting Manager

Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The Accounting Manager will manage fixed asset registers, monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes supervising and mentoring accounting staff, collaborating with finance and operational teams, supporting audits, and providing analytical insights to management for budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance, with the ability to interpret results and provide clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and maintaining accurate general ledger records.
• Experience managing Fixed Assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for variance analysis, budgeting support, and financial reporting improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an accounting leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a multi-division or project-based environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
