Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Ensure all accounting records comply with accounting standards and company policy
  • Oversee daily accounting activities
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
  • Improve accounting processes and internal controls
  • Lead, review, and support the accounting team's work
  • Work closely with Finance and other departments to support business needs

Requirements

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
