Job Description

  • Input transactions and ensuring the accuracy of the payment transaction
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assists accounting team to reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and reports.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students or fresh graduate from Accounting major
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc)
  • Familiar with Oracle is preferable
  • Detail oriented and good in managing data
  • Available for a WFO internship lasting for 4 - 6 months or above
