Accounting Improvement Subsection

Requirements:

· Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

· Min. 4 years of experience in related fields

· Experience in auditor or business process improvement

· Solid knowledge of Local GAAP (PSAK) & IFRS Regulations

· Excellent in Management Accounting and Management System

· English experience is essential

· Advance analytical process

· Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Power Point, and Accounting Software

· Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and Innovative Finance Process

· Ability to lead stakeholders (peers/functional) and driver performance

Responsibilities:

• Support internal stakeholder (inside finance organization directly) and external stakeholder (outside finance i.e People & Culture, Strategic Management Office) through providing services needed or as a Subject Matter Experts.
• Responsible to guide Financial Accounting Standard (ISS Accounting Manual), methodologies, tools (Navision & Onestream) and knowledge repositories to be able implemented related to practical & methodological finance and accounting terminology/definition/formulation
• Able to demonstrate and delivering the value result of the accounting improvement process that justified their creation through the available accounting standards (IFRS/ISS Accounting Manual/and Indonesia GAAP
• Responsible to share learning and information such as provide training, accounting technical skill assessment, interpreting the changing with Accounting Standard from Company group finance to applicable by Finance Controlling, and communicating (if necessary) the impact to the business/operation lines directly or thru Finance Business Partner
• Ensuring compliance and sustainability in Financial Operation
• Involved in any work around (financial) strategy
• Responsible to promote collaboration and using accounting best practices around a specific focus area to drive business or customer-valued results
