Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate external audits.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to refine processes and enhance financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
