Accounting Finance Supervisor

Position Overview

The Accounting Finance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This individual will lead a team focused on ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective financial management strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate external audits
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to refine processes and enhance financial performance
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
