We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Executive to join on of our Business Unit. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of experience. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, and an interest in leveraging automation tools to improve finance processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and financial performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance graduates with a strong accounting foundation are also welcome to apply).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulas).
- Familiarity with automation or data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve finance processes.
- Work Location: Karawaci with full WFO
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
- Passion for process improvement, digitalization, and automation within the Finance function.
